Key responsibilities:

1.Edit reels, ad creatives, YouTube videos, and e-commerce content
2.Create engaging short-form edits with strong hooks and pacing
3.Add motion graphics, transitions, subtitles, and visual effects
4.Perform color grading and sound design for polished final output
5.Understand storytelling structure for retention-focused content
6.Work closely with shoot, content, and social media teams
7.Organize and manage video assets efficiently
