People Partner, Commercial & Services, India & South Asia

GE HealthCare seeks a People Partner to serve as strategic HR lead for the Commercial & Services business in India and South Asia, supporting approximately 350 employees. The role focuses on workforce planning, talent management, culture development, and data-driven people decisions, with quarterly field travel.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic workforce planning, capacity analysis, and succession pipelines for Commercial teams
- Partner with business leaders on organization design, role clarity, and scaling decisions affecting up to 350 employees
- Drive culture, engagement initiatives, and employee experience improvements across the commercial function lifecycle
- Own talent management agenda including performance management, leadership development, and high-potential identification
- Lead HR analytics initiatives to identify workforce trends, attrition risks, and capability gaps
Requirements
- Master's degree in HR management or related field, or equivalent with 5+ years commercial/sales HR experience in multinational corporations
- Demonstrated experience leading large-scale organizational change and restructuring initiatives
- Proven ability to navigate ambiguity, manage complex stakeholder relationships, and deliver difficult feedback
- Strong HR analytics capability and experience leveraging data for workforce insights and decision-making
- PHR/SPHR certification preferred
- Strategic business acumen with ability to translate commercial priorities into people strategy
