We are looking for a detail-orientated and analytical catalogue executive to manage and optimise product listings across multiple e-commerce marketplaces. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with catalogue creation, listing optimisation, product content management, and marketplace compliance to ensure maximum product visibility and sales performance.
Key Responsibilities: Product Catalogue Management
- Create and manage product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, Nykaa, FirstCry, Tata Cliq, Shopify, and other marketplaces.
- Upload new products with complete and accurate product information.
- Maintain product catalogues by updating titles, descriptions, bullet points, attributes, specifications, and images.
- Ensure catalogue data accuracy and consistency across all sales channels.
- Write SEO-friendly product titles and descriptions.
- Optimise keywords to improve search visibility and organic rankings.
- Coordinate with the design team for product images, A+ content, and enhanced brand content.
- Conduct regular catalogue audits.
- Identify missing attributes and improve catalogue quality scores.
- Monitor Buy Box eligibility factors related to listing quality.
- Work closely with Operations, Marketing, Warehouse, and Brand teams.
- Coordinate with marketplace support teams to resolve catalogue-related issues.
- Assist during new marketplace onboarding and product launches.
Ideal Candidate Profile
The ideal catalogue executive is passionate about e-commerce, understands marketplace algorithms, has strong attention to detail, and enjoys working with large product catalogues. They should be comfortable managing multiple brands, meeting deadlines, and continuously improving product visibility and conversion rates.
