The ideal candidate is a team player who is eager to learn new skills both on and off the job. You will work alongside a team of experienced actuarial analysts, developers, and business resources to build and maintain internal and external-facing web applications.Responsibilities : - Develop full stack web applications across the technology stack (Front end, web APIs, and database).- Design, mock-up, and implement web application prototypes.- Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, developers, and business experts to build high-performing web applications.- Assist in the support and enhancement of existing applications as needed.Requirements : - Experience with agile development processes (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, Scrumban).- At least 5 years of experience in single-page web application development using Angular (Not AngularJS), JavaScript/Typescript, and CSS.- At least 5 years of experience in .NET 6+, C#, and ASP.NET Core Web API.- Experience with Entity Framework ORM, SQL, and developing applications against relational database systems (e.g., MSSQL, PostgreSQL).- Understanding of clean coding principles and design patterns.- Ability to design and develop applications with performance considerations.- Knowledge of UI/UX principles and an aesthetic sense for front-end web application design.- Independent, proactive, and eager to learn new skills.Nice To Haves : - Possesses a computer science/software engineer or related degree.- Experience with JavaScript visualization libraries (D3.js, Highcharts, SVGs).- Experience with web components using StencilJS or Lit-Element.- Experience with modern data platforms such as Databricks/Fabric.- Experience with development of serverless applications and containerized applications on AWS/Azure.How We Support Our Colleagues : In addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage a diverse workforce.
