Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive / Business Development Manager with 1+ year experience in IT services sales who can effectively communicate with clients, understand requirements, and convert discussions into long-term business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle client communication through calls, meetings, and virtual discussions.
- Understand client technical and business requirements.
- Present IT service offerings and close business opportunities.
- Maintain strong client relationships and regular follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal technical teams for smooth execution.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1+ year experience in IT services sales.
- Basic technical understanding of IT/software services.
- Excellent communication & client coordination skills.
- Ability to manage client calls independently.
- US IT sales experience will be an added advantage.
