Assistant Manager, Sales - Advanced Surgery

Assistant Manager for Sales responsible for driving awareness and adoption of hemostasis and adhesion prevention products across North India territory. Role involves developing healthcare provider relationships, managing secondary sales, executing market activations, and achieving revenue targets in the surgical care segment.
Responsibilities
- Drive secondary sales and market adoption through healthcare provider engagement and account coverage
- Develop monthly account plans, sales forecasts, and quarterly activation strategies for assigned territory
- Execute product demonstrations, training, and education programs for medical staff at healthcare facilities
- Track market data, competitor activities, and product quality complaints with appropriate escalation
- Achieve monthly secondary sales revenue targets and ensure product availability in accounts
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Science, or Engineering; MBA preferred
- 5+ years sales experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, or healthcare sector
- Strategic thinking and data analysis capabilities
- Consultative selling and key account management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Scientific knowledge and competitive market awareness
