Sales Executive-Endo Mechanical Intelligence Advice

Sales Executive role focused on driving adoption of Medtronic's endoscopic mechanical and intelligent surgical device portfolio across hospitals in Lucknow. The position requires field-based engagement with surgeons, operating room teams, and healthcare institutions to achieve sales targets and expand market penetration.
Responsibilities
- Achieve assigned sales targets and drive adoption of focus products in designated territory
- Develop account plans to increase product utilization and expand business within key healthcare accounts
- Provide clinical support and product expertise during surgical procedures and operating room evaluations
- Build and maintain relationships with surgeons, Key Opinion Leaders, distributors, and hospital stakeholders
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, training programs, and organize educational initiatives for healthcare professionals
Requirements
- High School Diploma plus 4+ years sales experience, or Associate's Degree plus 2+ years, or Bachelor's Degree
- Proven experience selling surgical products or high-value medical capital equipment
- Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and managing customer accounts
- Ability to travel up to 30% within assigned territory
- Experience supporting customers in hospital and clinical environments
- Knowledge of surgical stapling technologies or related surgical device portfolios (preferred)
- Experience conducting product evaluations and clinical demonstrations (preferred)
