Talent & Performance, Sr Manager

Senior Manager leading Talent and Performance platform strategy and execution for Amgen's global operations, based in India. Responsible for designing and implementing scalable technology solutions that translate talent philosophy into business outcomes, managing product roadmaps across systems like Workday and Eightfold, and overseeing global programs including performance management and succession planning.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Talent Strategy leaders to design scalable global processes and technology solutions
- Serve as business product owner for Talent and Performance capabilities across multiple platforms
- Develop and maintain strategic roadmap for Talent and Performance products and solutions
- Lead design, deployment, and continuous improvement of global talent initiatives
- Provide strategic leadership to India-based Talent and Performance team and establish performance expectations
Requirements
- Strategic leadership experience managing global talent and performance systems
- Proven expertise with Workday, Eightfold, or similar talent management platforms
- Experience translating HR strategy into scalable technology solutions
- Track record leading cross-functional teams and driving organizational change
- Strong understanding of AI, automation, and emerging HR technologies
- Demonstrated ability to partner with technology and business stakeholders
