Urgent requirement for Office Admin

The Role:

We are seeking a dedicated Office Admin to join our team in JP Nagar, Bangalore. The Office Admin will be responsible for ensuring smooth office operations and providing administrative support to various departments.

  • Manage office supplies and inventory
  • Coordinate office activities and events
  • Assist in scheduling meetings and appointments
  • Maintain filing systems and documentation
  • Handle correspondence and communication
  • Support HR functions such as onboarding

Team Structure: You will be working closely with the administrative team and reporting to the Office Manager.

Ideal Profile :

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Proven experience in office administration
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Attention to detail

Education: A degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
