Senior Software Engineer - .Net/React.js

About this role :Client is seeking a Senior Software EngineerIn this role, you will :- Lead moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environments- Contribute to large scale planning of strategies- Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs associated with technology domain, including upgrades and deployments- Review moderately complex technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures- Resolve moderately complex issues and lead a team to meet existing client needs or potential new clients needs while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, or compliance requirements- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goals- Lead projects and act as an escalation point, provide guidance and direction to less experienced staffRequired Qualifications :- 4+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationDesired Qualifications :- Strong 7+ years hands-on experience with .NET / .NET Core, C#, Microservices architecture, RESTful services, and design patterns.- Proficiency in React and Front-end engineering fundamentals (JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS).- Experience with building scalable, distributed systems using modern architectural practices.- Working knowledge of Python for automation, scripting, or backend service development (added advantage).- Familiarity with Gen AI tools/techniques, machine learning workflows, or integrating AI-driven components (good to have).- Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Git-based workflows, automated testing frameworks, and DevOps practices.- Experience with cloud environments (Azure preferred) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).- Strong problem-solving abilities with the ability to analyze complex issues and design effective solutions.- Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as :a. GitHub Copilotb.
