Node.js Developer

Key responsibilities : - Design, develop, and maintain RESTful and real-time APIs with Node.js.- Implement business logic, data access, and integrations with third-party services.- Optimize performance, handle concurrency, and troubleshoot production issues.- Write unit and integration tests; support CI/CD deployments.Required Skills & Experience :- Strong experience with Node.js and modern JavaScript (ES6+) and/or TypeScript.- Hands-on experience with Express and/or Hapi for building APIs.- Practical testing experience with Jest (unit, mocks, snapshot testing).- Front-end experience using React (component-driven development, hooks).- Experience with relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL) : schema design, indexing, query tuning.- Experience with MongoDB (schema design, aggregation) and working knowledge of when to use NoSQL vs relational.- Experience with Redis for caching, pub/sub, or session management.- Experience deploying and operating services on Azure (CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, monitoring, logging).- Familiarity with RESTful API design, API versioning, and documentation (OpenAPI/Swagger).- Good knowledge of Git workflows and CI/CD pipelines.
