Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in recruitment activities for senior roles. Note: 1. This is our in-house requirement.2. It's a full-time, permanent, on-roll job.
3. It's not a work-from-home job.

Salary
Probation:
Duration: 3 months
Salary during probation: ₹10,000 - 11,000 /month (only for freshers)
After probation:
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,20,000 - 3,60,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed pay: ₹ 1,20,000 - 2,40,000 /year
2. Variable pay: ₹ 1,00,000 - 1,20,000 /year
