Global Delivery Services refers to EY's worldwide network of service delivery centers. The GDS team plays an important role in EY’s strategy by ensuring effective support to EY’s growth agenda.

Our journey started in 2002 with approximately 200 people. Today we stand at 80,000+ professionals in ten locations around the world. We operate in Argentina, China, Hungary, India, Philippines, Poland, Sri Lanka, Mexico, Spain and the United Kingdom.

Client service is focused on providing Consulting, Assurance, Tax, Strategy & Transactions, and Knowledge support to our clients around the world. The teams enable account teams worldwide to provide seamless, high-quality, value-added support, helping deliver exceptional client service.

Enablement Services provides cost-effective, high-skilled, and innovative services to support EY’s global and local enablement teams. Markets, BMC, AWS, Finance and Accounting, Risk Management, Procurement, People Shared Services, IT Service Delivery and IT Global Infrastructure services, are among the services offered by Enablement Services.

Our innovation specialists serve the GDS Client Service and Enablement Services teams, along with Service Lines, Core Business Services and Sectors. The team brings the desired environment, technologies and skilled teams together for facilitation, rapid prototyping and innovative thinking. The competencies offered include analytics, digital, user experience, mobile technology, infrastructure, Microsoft technologies and open innovation.

The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced SAP BPC Consultant to support enterprise planning, budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, and reporting initiatives across global Finance organizations. This role will work closely with business stakeholders, finance teams, and technical delivery teams to design, implement, and optimize SAP planning solutions leveraging SAP BPC, SAP BW/BW4HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), and SAP HANA technologies.

The ideal candidate will have experience delivering end-to-end planning and reporting solutions, translating business requirements into scalable system designs, and supporting Finance transformation programs in complex enterprise environments.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering workshops with Finance, FP&A, and business stakeholders.
• Design and implement budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and financial reporting solutions using SAP BPC.
• Develop and enhance BPC applications, business rules, script logic, data manager packages, input schedules, and planning processes.
• Design and support planning models leveraging SAP BW/BW4HANA, SAP HANA, and SAP Analytics Cloud.
• Build and optimize planning frameworks, data models, calculations, allocations, and forecasting logic.
• Develop financial and management reporting solutions using Analysis for Office, SAC, and related reporting tools.
• Create and maintain integrations between SAP BPC and upstream/downstream enterprise systems.
• Support data validation, reconciliation, auditability, and governance requirements across planning processes.
• Analyze and optimize performance of planning models, calculations, and reporting solutions.
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams during implementation, testing, deployment, and production support activities.
• Provide architecture guidance, solution recommendations, and best practices for enterprise planning initiatives.
• Support user acceptance testing, training, documentation, and ongoing operational support.
• Participate in global transformation programs and drive continuous improvement opportunities across planning and analytics capabilities.

Skills and Attributes for Success

• Strong experience with SAP BPC (Standard and/or Embedded).
• Experience supporting financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting processes.
• Working knowledge of SAP BW, BW/4HANA, and SAP HANA modeling concepts.
• Experience developing planning functions, business rules, calculations, and financial models.
• Familiarity with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Planning and Reporting.
• Understanding of Finance and FP&A processes including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Experience with data warehousing, ETL processes, and enterprise reporting environments.
• Knowledge of SQL and analytical modeling concepts.
• Strong stakeholder management and business-facing communication skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments and global project teams.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities. [

Ideally, You'll Also Have

• SAP BPC, BW/4HANA, SAC, or related SAP certifications.
• Experience with SAP HANA native development and performance optimization.
• Experience with Analysis for Office (AFO) reporting solutions.
• Exposure to SAP Datasphere and modern cloud-based analytics platforms.
• Experience integrating planning solutions across SAP and non-SAP ecosystems.
• Knowledge of ABAP enhancements, BAdIs, or advanced SAP development concepts.
• Prior experience leading workstreams or mentoring junior consultants.
• Experience supporting multinational organizations and complex Finance transformation programs. [
