The Short Version

We don't need someone who can make things pretty. Instagram is full of those. We need someone who understands that a B2B pitch deck and a consumer Instagram carousel are not the same species of animal, and never will be, no matter how many "modern, minimal" templates the internet tries to convince you otherwise.

If you've ever looked at a competitor's brand architecture and instinctively understood why their sub-brand hierarchy works (or doesn't), if event booth design excites you as much as social creative, and if the words "PPT template system" don't make you want to lie down in a dark room ... we should talk.

What You'll Actually Be Doing

• Designing across the full B2B spectrum: brand identity systems, performance marketing creative, event and booth design, corporate collateral, and PowerPoint templates that don't look like they were built in 2011
• Building and maintaining brand architecture for clients with complex portfolios. Parent brands, sub-brands, product lines, the works
• Translating strategy decks into visual hierarchies that a CFO can scan in six seconds and still walk away impressed
• Designing for performance channels (LinkedIn ads, email, landing pages) where the brief is "make it convert" as much as "make it beautiful"
• Producing event design assets from stage backdrops to lanyards that hold up under real-world lighting, not just on a monitor
• Collaborating with strategists and copywriters across teams to bring campaigns to life
• Managing multiple client accounts simultaneously (telecom, SaaS, enterprise tech, real estate) without losing craft quality under deadline pressure

What You Bring

• 3-5 years of experience , with meaningful time spent specifically in B2B or enterprise design
• A working understanding of brand architecture: how master brands, sub-brands, and product families relate, and how that translates visually
• Fluency in designing for performance marketing. You understand visual hierarchy isn't just aesthetic theory, it's a conversion mechanic
• Proven experience building corporate PPT templates and systems that scale across a client's internal teams
• Event and experiential design exposure. Booth layouts, signage, on-ground collateral
• Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); Figma fluency is a serious plus
• An eye that can move between a technical B2B client (think telecom infrastructure) and a design-forward one (think SaaS) without whiplash
• The ability to take a strategy document and turn it into something a client's board wants to look at twice

What Would Make Us Very Happy

• Prior agency experience, specifically B2B or brand strategy shops
• Exposure to enterprise sectors: telecom, SaaS, fintech, industrial, or real estate
• A portfolio that shows range
