Full-Time UI/UX Designer
About the Role
We're looking for a UI/UX Designer to join our core team at Saday — someone who doesn't just 'do screens' but deeply understands experience, systems, and craft.
This is a full-time, on-site role (Kolkata) where you'll work directly with the founders on:
- Our proprietary suite of Saday products (think: next-gen design tools, client dashboards, and platform experiences for our community)
- Our UI/UX design system + component library
- End-to-end product design — from ideas, wireframes, and research to high-fidelity screens, prototypes, and dev handoff
You'll work directly with the founders, designing the future of work. Literally!
What You'll Need
No degrees. No agencies. No fluff.
We're looking for someone who:
- Obsessively cares about user flow, clarity, and intention
- Knows Figma inside-out and loves building clean, scalable design systems
- Is a design thinker — who starts with the problem, not just the how things look.
- Can take feedback, push back, and iterate with zero ego. In short open to growing.
- Can explain why something works, not just what it is.
Bonus if you love microinteractions, typography, or cultural UI references
Tools We Use
- Figma (design + prototyping)
- Figma Slides (docs, strategy)
- Trello (task management)
You'll work closely with devs using React / Next.js / Expo /
The Offer
- Probation: ₹15,000/month (3 months)
- Post-probation: ₹30,000/month (Full-time confirmation)
- Timing: 8-10 hours/day (with 1 hour total break)
- Location: On-site, Kolkata
- Start Date: 1st June 2025
