About the job
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop comprehensive knowledge of scholarship and university admission processes across various countries.2. Guide and support students in securing university admissions and scholarship opportunities for international education.
3. Evaluate student profiles, including academic background, career goals, and eligibility requirements, to determine suitable opportunities.
4. Research and shortlist universities and scholarship programs aligned with each student's profile, interests, and career aspirations.
5. Prepare and refine compelling scholarship essays, statements of purpose (SOPs), and other application documents.
6. Track application progress, important deadlines, and submission requirements for an assigned portfolio of students.
7. Maintain regular communication with students via phone and email, with approximately 3-4 hours per day dedicated to student calls.

As market leaders in the education finance segment, we currently partner with over 14 financial institutions, a number that continues to grow. Last year, we facilitated the disbursement of approximately 10,000 crore in student loans, and we anticipate even higher volumes this year.
