Technical Lead - Ruby on Rails/TypeScript/React.js

Notice Period : 30 Days (Official)We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead Ruby on Rails to lead the design and development of scalable web applications.The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Ruby on Rails, ReactJS, TypeScript, Kafka, and modern frontend technologies, along with proven experience leading development teams and delivering enterprise-grade applications.Key Responsibilities : - Lead the design, development, and deployment of full-stack applications using Ruby on Rails and ReactJS.- Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance backend services and APIs.- Develop responsive front-end applications using ReactJS, TypeScript, Vite, Redux Toolkit, and Material UI.- Build and maintain event-driven applications using Kafka and Sidekiq.- Design and optimize search capabilities using OpenSearch/Elasticsearch.- Develop and maintain unit, integration, and API test cases using RSpec and other testing frameworks.- Mentor development teams, conduct code reviews, and enforce engineering best practices.- Collaborate with product managers, architects, QA teams, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.- Drive performance optimization, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives.Required Skills : - 10+ years of software development experience with leadership experience.- Strong hands-on expertise in : Ruby on Rails, ReactJS, TypeScript, Vite, Kafka, Sidekiq, Redux Toolkit, Material UI, OpenSearch / Elasticsearch, REST APIs, RSpec, Unit & Integration Testing.- Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and microservices.- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.Preferred Skills : - Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and DevOps practices.- Experience with distributed systems and event-driven architecture.- Exposure to performance tuning and application security.
