The selected candidate will be on the payroll of NeoSOFT Technologies and will be deployed at the client location, Protean eGov Technologies Ltd., Connaught Place, Delhi. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Windows Server Administration, Active Directory, Hyper-V, Patch Management, and enterprise IT infrastructure support.Key Responsibilities:- Administer and manage Microsoft Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP environments.- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Microsoft Windows Servers.- Manage Microsoft Hyper-V virtualization infrastructure.- Implement server hardening, patch management, updates, and deployments using Microsoft WSUS.- Support and maintain enterprise email services and troubleshoot related issues.- Manage Trend Micro Email Security and Email Gateway solutions.- Configure and monitor email security protocols including SPF, DKIM, and DMARC.- Perform incident, problem, and change management activities following ITIL best practices.- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and support incident response activities.- Participate in vulnerability assessments (VAPT) and remediation activities.- Ensure compliance with ISO 27001, NIST, BCMS, and internal security policies.- Support internal and external audits with zero non-conformities.- Coordinate with vendors and cross-functional teams to resolve infrastructure issues.- Participate in disaster recovery (DR) drills, capacity planning, and infrastructure optimization.- Maintain system documentation, SOPs, policies, and operational procedures.- Monitor software licensing and deployment compliance.- Escalate critical issues to higher support teams while ensuring SLA compliance.Required Skills:Mandatory Skills:- Active Directory Administration- Microsoft Hyper-V- Patch Management (WSUS)Technical Skills:- Windows Server Administration- DNS & DHCP- Microsoft WSUS- Trend Micro Email Security- Email Gateway Administration- SPF, DKIM & DMARC- ITIL Framework- ISO 27001 & NIST Compliance- BCMS- Vulnerability Assessment & Penetration Testing (VAPT)- Incident & Problem Management- Root Cause Analysis (RCA)Desired Candidate Profile:- 3+ years of experience in System Administration or IT Infrastructure Support.- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.- Experience working in enterprise or data center environments.- Good communication and documentation skills.- Ability to work independently in a 24x7 support environment.- Security-first mindset with excellent stakeholder management skills.
