THE TAN CLAN is looking for a dynamic 'Content and E-commerce Management Executive' to join our team. The candidate will have the opportunity to showcase their skills in MS Excel, English proficiency (both written and spoken), multitasking, computer skills, typing, Canva, Claude, ChatGPT, and internet research.
Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage and update product listings on our e-commerce platform.2. Create engaging and SEO-friendly content for our website and social media channels.
3. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely product updates and availability.
4. Analyze sales data and trends to optimize product listings and promotions.
5. Assist with customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
6. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement content strategies.
7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies to enhance our online presence and increase sales.
