Role Overview : As a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Architect, you will serve as the technical authority for our enterprise-level marketing automation initiatives. You will bridge the gap between complex business requirements and scalable technical solutions, designing robust architectures that drive personalized customer journeys. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders, global clients, and internal development teams to translate marketing strategies into high-performing technical implementations. Your expertise will directly influence how our clients engage with their customers, ensuring seamless data integration, precise audience segmentation, and optimized campaign delivery that drives measurable business growth.Key Responsibilities : - Design and implement end-to-end solutions within Salesforce Marketing Cloud to support complex multi-channel marketing campaigns for global clients.- Architect data models and integration strategies between SFMC and external CRM or data warehouse systems to ensure a unified view of the customer.- Develop sophisticated dynamic content and automated workflows using AMPscript and server-side JavaScript to deliver highly personalized user experiences.- Lead technical discovery sessions with stakeholders to translate business pain points into scalable, future-proof architectural roadmaps.- Oversee the performance and deliverability of Email Studio campaigns, ensuring adherence to industry best practices and compliance standards.- Mentor junior developers and provide technical oversight on code quality, system configuration, and platform security to maintain high delivery standards.Required Skillset : - Demonstrated expertise in architecting complex solutions within Salesforce Marketing Cloud, with a deep understanding of Email Studio and automation capabilities.- Advanced proficiency in writing and debugging AMPscript and SQL to manipulate data and create dynamic, data-driven marketing assets.- Proven ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, fostering strong relationships with clients and internal teams.- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues and optimize platform performance in high-volume environments.- Exceptional leadership skills, with a track record of guiding technical teams through the full software development lifecycle.- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, complemented by a commitment to staying updated on the latest Salesforce ecosystem advancements.- Flexibility to thrive in a hybrid work environment, balancing independent deep-work with collaborative team sessions across our Bangalore and Kochi offices.
