Role Overview :We are seeking a seasoned Technical Lead Artificial Intelligence / GenAI to spearhead our next-generation AI initiatives. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise with leadership skills, driving innovation in Generative AI, LLMs, and advanced AI architectures. This is a hands-on leadership role, focused on building scalable AI solutions from scratch and guiding teams through complex delivery cycles.Key Responsibilities :- Lead design, development, and deployment of GenAI-powered solutions across enterprise use cases.- Architect and implement LLM-based systems, RAG pipelines, and agentic AI orchestration patterns.- Provide technical leadership to engineering teams, ensuring best practices in AI model development, fine-tuning, and integration.- Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into production-grade AI solutions.- Drive innovation by evaluating emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and tools.- Ensure scalability, performance, and compliance with data security and ethical AI standards.- Mentor and upskill team members in AI/ML, GenAI, and advanced system design.Required Skills & Experience :- 10+ years of experience in software engineering / AI, with at least 5 years in AI/ML leadership roles.- Proven expertise in Generative AI, LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face, etc.), RAG, and agentic AI frameworks.- Strong pedigree with successful delivery of enterprise-grade AI solutions.- Hands-on experience with Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, cloud AI platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).- Deep understanding of data pipelines, APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.- Strong problem-solving, architectural design, and stakeholder management skills.- Experience in building products from scratch and scaling them to enterprise adoption.Education :- Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.- Advanced certifications in AI/ML or cloud AI platforms preferred.
