About the job
We are looking for a sincere and confident candidate who can call potential clients, explain our services briefly, and fix appointments for the business owner to meet the client and close the deal.
The candidate will support our AIF/PMS distribution business by doing regular calling, follow-ups, WhatsApp messages, and maintaining proper daily records.
Key Responsibilities
Call prospective clients from the given database
Briefly explain our investment services in simple language
Identify interested clients and book appointments
Follow up with clients by phone and WhatsApp
Maintain daily calling and appointment records
Coordinate with the business owner for confirmed meetings
Share daily reports of calls made, responses received, and meetings fixed
Skill(s) required
Effective Communication Interpersonal skills
Earn certifications in these skills
Who can apply

Prior calling / telecalling / sales support experience preferred
Should be polite, professional, and target-oriented
Should be comfortable making daily client calls
Salary
Probation:
Duration: 3 months
Salary during probation: ₹15,000 /month (only for freshers)
After probation:
Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 7,50,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed pay: ₹ 2,00,000 /year
2. Variable pay: ₹ 1,00,000 /year
