About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Quality Engineering Lead to lead AI Data Assurance initiatives and ensure trusted, high-quality, AI-ready data foundations.
The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Data Testing, AI/ML Data Validation, Analytics Testing, AI/GenAI, LLMs, RAG, DataOps/MLOps and Quality Engineering .
Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end AI Data Assurance & Quality Engineering programs
• Define testing strategies, frameworks, quality gates and governance processes
• Lead validation of data platforms, pipelines, BI, analytics and AI-ready datasets
• Implement assurance across RAG systems, vector databases and AI workflows
• Evaluate AI output quality, reliability, explainability and business alignment
• Build automation frameworks and continuous quality monitoring
• Integrate quality controls with DataOps, MLOps & CI/CD pipelines
• Lead and mentor Quality/AI Data Assurance teams
• Collaborate with Data Engineering, AI/ML, Architecture, Product and Business teams
• Support client demos, solutioning, proposals and AI assurance offerings
