Role : Engineering ManagerAcentra Health is looking for an experienced Engineering Manager with strong hands-on expertise in VS/.NET Full Stack, product engineering, Agile practices, and team leadership. The role involves leading engineering teams, driving new product development, managing multiple projects, and delivering scalable technology solutions.NOTE : Candidates of product based background are required.- 12 to 17 years of experience with ~5 years in team management- Experience in product-based organizations- Strong leadership, stakeholder management & problem-solving skills- Exposure to AI & Automation is a plus- BE/BTech in Computer Engineering or related fieldResponsibilities : - Manages staff and assigns tasks to engineering and technical personnel.- Leads teams in the development of new products, solutions, and processes.- Oversees project logistics and resource allocation.- Strives to improve efficiency and sustainability of processes and product designs, and to reduce waste.- Advocates on behalf of team members by securing adequate resources for success.- Communicates technical information to non-technical stakeholders- Assures that processes, deliverables meet quality & regulatory compliance guidelines.- Collaborate with other team leaders and departments.Skills : - VS,.NET Full stack Hands-on experience- Experience working in product organization especially in new products.- Expert in Engineering best practices- Personnel and project management skills- Leadership, teambuilding, and mentoring skills- Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills- Organizational, planning, and Presentation skills- Ability to work on multiple projects in various stages simultaneously- Past use of Agile/Scrum or similar collaborative tools a plus- Experience in leveraging AI & AutomationEducation, Experience : - BE/BTech in Computer Engineering- 12 to 17 years of experience managing the Engineering teams. ~5 years management experience (within the overall experience) (ref:hirist.tech)
