Expense Audit Associate

Amgen seeks an Expense Audit Associate in Hyderabad to review and validate employee expense reports for policy compliance and internal control accuracy. The role involves auditing submissions, documenting findings, and collaborating with stakeholders to maintain financial integrity.
Responsibilities
- Conduct timely and accurate audits of submitted expense reports
- Identify and escalate policy violations and compliance risks
- Document audit findings and contribute to insights reporting
- Support implementation of new audit rules and exception procedures
- Respond to user inquiries through ServiceNow with Customer Success team
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 1-3 years of financial operations experience
- Familiarity with audit or compliance functions in regulated industries
- Knowledge of travel and expense policies and management systems
- Strong attention to detail and non-compliance identification skills
- Proficiency in recordkeeping and documentation practices
- Clear communication and time management abilities
