Key Responsibilities

A. Client Relationship and Strategic Partnership
1. Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned clients and build trust by demonstrating a deep understanding of their business, industry, and goals.
2. Lead weekly client meetings by setting agendas, driving discussions, capturing action items, and ensuring clients feel confident and heard.
3. Translate client business goals, such as increasing revenue per visitor, into clear testing hypotheses and roadmap items.
4. Proactively address client concerns and manage expectations around timelines, results, and scope.

B. Experiment Lifecycle and Project Execution
1. Write detailed test plans covering the hypothesis, audience, variant design, success metrics, and test duration for each experiment.
2. Manage and prioritize the testing queue based on potential impact using the ICE Framework, client goals, and development capacity.
3. Coordinate test setup by bridging the gap between client requirements and development-team execution.
4. Ensure designers and developers have clear requirements and deliverables for each test.

C. QA Ownership
1. Coordinate the QA process to ensure tests render correctly across devices and goals are tracked accurately.
2. Monitor live tests, review results data, identify anomalies, and collaborate with the CRO team on analysis.

D. Internal Leadership and Process
1. Lead sprint planning to align design, development, and research teams on weekly priorities.
2. Facilitate seamless communication between cross-functional stakeholders and ensure timely execution of deliverables.
3. Identify workflow bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
4. Monitor development-hour utilization against project scope and escalate potential overages early.

E. Research and Strategy
1. Collaborate with the CRO team to develop growth strategies for clients.
2. Set up tools and processes for collecting quantitative research data through GA4 and analytics platforms.
3. Set up tools and processes for collecting qualitative research data through heatmaps, surveys, and other methods.
4. Assist in creating client-facing presentations that clearly communicate learnings and recommend future tests.
5. Contribute to testing roadmaps and prioritization by balancing quick wins with longer-term strategic initiatives.

Core Ownership:

1. Test Queue Management: Own the prioritization and flow of all client tests.
2. Full Experiment Lifecycle: Take tests from hypothesis to launch to analysis. You ensure coordination and delivery at every stage.
3. Client Relationship (Primary Contact): Be the client's day-to-day partner. You lead the weekly calls, present results, and advise on what to test next.
4. Sprint Planning: Run weekly and monthly planning sessions to ensure the team is focused on high-impact activities.
5. Onboarding New Clients: Lead the 0-to-1 process, setting the tone for a smooth, confident partnership.
6. QA Coordination: Ensure every test renders perfectly and tracks correctly before it goes live.
7. Scope and Budget Vigilance: Monitor scope of work and development hours to ensure we deliver value profitably.
8. Cross-Functional Leadership: Be the glue between UX designers, developers, analysts, and clients.

6. Proficiency in Google Workspace and project management tools such as Zoho Projects, ClickUp, Asana, Slack, Trello, or similar platforms.

7. A/B Testing Platforms: Experience with tools such as VWO, Google Optimize, Optimizely, or AB Tasty, with an understanding of test setup, audience targeting, and result interpretation.

8. Analytics (GA4): Ability to navigate GA4 to understand user behavior, identify drop-off points, and inform test hypotheses.

9. Development or design background is preferred and will be a strong advantage.

10. Statistical understanding, including knowledge of confidence levels, sample size, MDE, and the importance of not stopping tests prematurely.

11. Foundational understanding of UX principles, user behavior, heuristics, and effective user experience.

12. Exposure to qualitative research tools such as Hotjar, Crazy Egg, Lucky Orange, or survey tools.
