Java Full Stack Lead

Job Description :We are seeking an experienced Java Full Stack Lead to join our engineering team and drive the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade applications within the Railroad and Rail Logistics domain.The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Java Full Stack technologies and have proven experience leading development teams while delivering large-scale enterprise solutions in Agile environments.Key Responsibilities : - Lead and mentor a team of developers and QA engineers.- Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and Angular.- Drive technical design discussions and architecture decisions.- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.- Support deployment, testing, production releases, and issue resolution.- Ensure application performance, reliability, scalability, and security.- Participate in Agile ceremonies and ensure successful sprint delivery.Required Technical Skills : - 12+ years of experience in Java/J2EE development.- Strong hands-on expertise in Java 8+, Spring Boot, Spring Framework, and Microservices.- Experience with Angular and REST API development.- Strong knowledge of Oracle SQL and PL/SQL.- Experience with Kafka, JMS, ActiveMQ, or similar messaging platforms.- Strong understanding of system design, design patterns, and enterprise architecture.- Experience leading teams of 8 to 10 members.Mandatory Domain Requirement : - Candidates must have prior experience in the Railroad / Rail Logistics domain. Exposure to Freight Management Systems, Terminal Management Systems, Positive Train Control (PTC), Rail Operations Platforms, Monitoring Systems, or related transportation applications is mandatory.Preferred Skills : - AWS, Azure, or OpenShift- Jenkins, GitLab, SonarQube- GIS or Real-Time Tracking Systems- Apache Camel (ref:hirist.tech)
