Engineering Systems Manager(Demo3D)

Role Summary: Lead the offshore team to manage transition, stabilization, and BAU support for engineering applications across Autodesk, custom (.NET/VBA), and 3D simulation platforms. Key Responsibilities: Own L2/L3 support delivery, ensuring SLA adherence and timely resolution of tickets and change requests. Manage sub-teams (Autodesk, Non-Autodesk, Custom Apps) and drive shift-left initiatives. Oversee tools across the design-to-build lifecycle: Revit, Inventor, Vault, Demo3D/Emulate3D, and ACC. Act as escalation point for critical issues and enforce strong Root Cause Analysis (RCA). Provide reporting to stakeholders and ensure customer satisfaction. Lead, mentor, and resolve team conflicts. Requirements 10+ years in application support with team management experience. Hands-on experience with Autodesk tools (AutoCAD, Revit, Inventor, Vault, ACC). Exposure to Demo3D/Emulate3D and industrial warehouse automation. Strong knowledge of SLA-driven support and ITIL practices.
