Role #1: Principle Technical Consultant. o Experience: 6 years to 12 years o Certifications needed: CSA, SPO Accreditation, CAD a plus. o Scope: ServiceNow Source to Pay — Pr. Technical Consultant Job Location : Remote Must have: Experience as Servicenow Developer with some exposure to S2P operations (case management and implementation(2 to 3 years)) Deep experience in configuring, extending, and integrating the platform to transform procurement operations for enterprise clients. Understanding of procure-to-pay processes and enterprise procurement workflows ServiceNow certifications (CIS-S2P preferred) Strong client communication skills Job Role: * Implement and configure S2P and SLO modules: Procurement, Supplier Management, Contract Management, and Accounts Payable * Translate business requirements into ServiceNow technical designs (workflows, scripts, integrations) * Build and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and ERP/financial systems * Support testing cycles (SIT, UAT), cutover, and go-live activities * Produce technical documentation: design specs, data maps, integration guides * Advise clients on platform best practices, upgrade readiness, and S2P roadmap * ServiceNow S2P implementation experience * Hands-on proficiency in Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, and REST/SOAP integrations * Understanding of procure-to-pay processes and enterprise procurement workflows
