About the job
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented 'Tender Executive - Personnel' to join our team at Roshni Udyavar & Associates (RUA)/ RUA Ecospaces LLP. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for reading and extracting information from tender documents, as well as uploading them onto our systems. Your proficiency in MS Office and strong computer skills will be essential for this role.
Key responsibilities: 1. Read and extract vital information from tender documents2. Upload tender documents onto the GEM portal
3. Ensure accurate and timely completion of all tender-related tasks
4. Collaborate with team members to gather necessary information for tender submissions
5. Maintain a database of all tender documents and submissions
6. Assist in the preparation of tender proposals
7. Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance with tender requirements.
