1. Graduate in civil engineering or a related civil background.

2. Experience working on residential and commercial drawings.

3. Experience with residential, commercial, and high-rise building projects.

4. Understanding of local building codes and construction practices.

5. Strong design, drafting, and visualization skills.

6. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Photoshop.

7. Previous experience in an architectural firm or developer's office is preferred.

8. Ability to conduct site visits and coordinate with consultants and site teams.

9. Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
