Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) plans, designs, and oversees the installation of vital building systems that make structures habitable, safe, and efficient. They manage heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC), power distribution, lighting, water supply, drainage, and fire protection systems.Key ResponsibilitiesSystem Design & Planning: Create detailed engineering plans, layouts, and load calculations using software like AutoCAD and Revit.Site Execution & Supervision: Monitor installation progress, direct subcontractors, and ensure adherence to approved drawings and project schedules.Quality & Code Compliance: Inspect installations to ensure strict compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.Testing & Commissioning: Coordinate functional testing of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems prior to project handover.Cross-Disciplinary Coordination: Work closely with architects, civil engineers, and project managers to prevent spatial conflicts on site.Core RequirementsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.Technical Skills: Proficiency in CAD design tools, load analysis software, and building regulations.Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, team collaboration, and communication abilities.
