About the job
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals who are passionate about making a positive social and environmental impact. The selected candidates will engage with the public, communicate the organisation's mission, and encourage individuals to support its conservation initiatives through donations.
Key responsibilities: 1. Represent WWF-India: Represent WWF-India at designated public places, events, corporate spaces, residential communities, airports, malls, and other outreach locations.2. Public Engagement & Awareness: Initiate conversations with members of the public and create awareness about WWF-India's conservation programmes, initiatives, and impact.
3. Communicate Conservation Mission: Effectively communicate WWF-India's mission, vision, conservation initiatives, and the importance of supporting conservation efforts to prospective donors.
4. Donor Data Management: Maintain accurate records of donor interactions, leads, conversions, and daily fundraising activities.
5. Campaign & Event Participation: Actively participate in fundraising campaigns, events, awareness drives, and other donor engagement initiatives.

Earn certifications in these skills
Other requirements
1. Graduate in any discipline.
2. Freshers are welcome; experience in fundraising, field sales, direct sales, customer engagement, business development or similar roles will be an advantage.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Strong persuasion and relationship-building abilities.
5. Comfortable initiating conversations with people in public spaces.
