About the job

Key Responsibilities:

A. Paid Marketing (Google Ads)
1. Set up, manage, and optimize campaigns across Google Search, Display, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
2. Manage campaign budgets, monitor performance, and conduct continuous A/B testing.
3. Scale high-performing campaigns and optimize or pause underperforming ones.

B. SEO & Content Distribution
1. Execute SEO strategies, including keyword research, on-page optimization, content optimization, and technical SEO improvements.
2. Collaborate with the content team to create SEO-friendly content and perform site audits.
3. Develop and execute channel-specific content distribution strategies, including content repurposing across LinkedIn, Instagram, email, and the website.

C. Campaign Tracking & Performance Analytics
1. Set up and manage campaign tracking using UTMs, attribution models, and dashboards.
2. Coordinate multi-channel campaign execution and maintain campaign calendars.
3. Analyze campaign performance and prepare actionable reports with key insights.

Other requirements

1. Hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns and budgets.

2. Strong understanding of on-page, content, and technical SEO.

3. Experience with web analytics, UTMs, and reporting dashboards.

4. Understanding of channel-specific marketing across LinkedIn, Instagram, email, and websites.

5. Strong copywriting skills for ads, captions, and email campaigns.

6. Excellent execution skills with strong attention to detail and timely delivery.

7. Self-motivated with a hands-on, proactive approach to work.

8. Experience with Airtable, N8N, or similar low-code workflow tools is an advantage.

9. Experience running LinkedIn Ads is preferred.

10. Good understanding of design and video creative quality is a plus.

11. Experience working with nonprofit or purpose-driven brands is preferred.
