About the job

Key responsibilities:

1 . Achieve assigned collection targets for the respective branch while meeting PI targets consistently.
2 . Ensure cost of collections is maintained within the approved monthly budget limits.
3 . Monitor and control the overall collection process to ensure efficiency and compliance.
4 . Ensure all collection activities strictly follow legal guidelines and regulatory requirements.
5 . Supervise collection agencies and field executives to ensure adherence to company policies.
6 . Maintain strict compliance with the organization's code of conduct in all recovery operations.
7 . Continuously monitor collection activities to identify and prevent fraudulent practices.
8 . Take corrective actions to avoid financial loss arising from non-compliant behavior.
9 . Coordinate with internal teams to improve recovery performance and operational outcomes.
10 . Maintain accurate records of collection activities, performance reports, and customer interactions.
11 . Support field teams in resolving operational challenges during recovery processes.
12 . Ensure ethical and transparent execution of all debt management activities.
