·Excellent problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve issues related to condition contracts and settlements.

·Ability to analyze complex scenarios and design appropriate solutions.

·Deep knowledge of business processes related to condition contract management, including procurement, sales, and finance.

·Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders, including business users, developers, and senior management.

·Experience in training end-users and providing ongoing support to ensure effective use of CCM functionalities.
