HR Payroll & Compliance Executive
Location: Pune | Experience: 1–3 Years | Salary: 25,000 CTC Fixed | Gender: Male
We are looking for an HR Payroll & Compliance Executive with hands-on payroll experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monthly payroll and attendance processing
- PF, ESIC, PT, LWF and statutory compliance
- Salary sheets, challans, ECR and payroll records
- Employee salary and attendance queries
- HR documentation and day-to-day HR operations
Mandatory: Payroll processing experience, knowledge of statutory compliance, and good MS Excel skills.
Qualification: Graduate / MBA HR preferred.
