Responsibilities
- Provide first-line technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to internet connectivity, telecommunication services, and related hardware/software.
- Escalate complex issues to senior technical staff when necessary, ensuring timely resolution.
- Document all customer interactions and technical issues accurately in the CRM system.
- Educate customers on product features and troubleshooting steps.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and courteous service.
- Collaborate with other departments to improve overall service delivery.
Requirements
- Fresher candidates are welcome to apply.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a keen interest in technology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts and operating systems.
- Prior experience in customer service or technical support is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Candidates from an ISP/Telecom background will be given preference.
