Role Description This is a contract, remote-based role for a Coding Online Instructor. The instructor will be responsible for teaching coding and AI concepts to children and teens in 1:1 or small group settings, delivering a STEM.org-accredited curriculum. Key responsibilities include planning and conducting interactive lessons, guiding students through hands-on projects using modern tools and technologies, and fostering a positive and engaging learning environment. Instructors are also expected to monitor progress, provide constructive feedback, and adapt teaching methods to individual learning needs. Qualifications Proficiency in coding languages and tools such as Python, Scratch, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and AI frameworks Experience designing and delivering educational content, particularly for K–12 students Strong communication and interpersonal skills to keep students engaged during virtual sessions Ability to provide individual attention and customize teaching approaches to fit learning styles Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields; advanced certifications are a plus Knowledge of online teac
