Position: Key Account Specialist Builder Partnerships ( MBA Fresher)
Location: Hyderabad, Mumbai, Bangalore

About the Role
Livspace is looking for energetic and customer-focused MBA graduates to join our Alliances & Partnerships team.
As a **Marketing Specialist**, you will be stationed at assigned premium builder projects and will act as the face of Livspace at the property. You will own the complete customer journeyfrom the first interaction at the builder site to the final home interior booking.
This is a high-ownership role where you will collaborate with builder sales teams, engage prospective homeowners, drive Experience Centre visits, coordinate with Livspace designers, and ensure an exceptional customer experience throughout the buying journey.
Key Responsibilities
Project Ownership
* Own one or more assigned builder projects end-to-end.
* Build strong working relationships with builder sales, CRM, and project teams.
* Ensure seamless execution of all Livspace partnership activities at the assigned property.
Customer Engagement
* Represent Livspace at the builder sales office.
* Engage with prospective homebuyers visiting the project.
* Explain Livspace's exclusive partnership benefits, offers, and interior solutions.
* Capture customer information and qualify potential interior requirements.
Experience Centre (ECV) Conversion
* Drive customers to visit the Livspace Experience Centre.
* Schedule appointments and coordinate customer visits.
* Follow up consistently to maximize Experience Centre visit conversions.
Sales Coordination
* Work closely with Livspace Design Consultants and Sales teams after the customer's Experience Centre visit.
* Ensure smooth handover and continuous customer engagement.
* Track customer progress through every stage of the sales funnel until booking.
Customer Relationship Management
* Act as the single point of contact for customers throughout their interior journey.
* Resolve customer concerns by coordinating with internal stakeholders.
* Deliver an outstanding customer experience to improve conversion rates and customer satisfaction.
Stakeholder Management
* Maintain strong relationships with builder stakeholders.
* Coordinate marketing activities and partnership initiatives at the project.
* Share regular project performance updates with internal teams.
