We are currently seeking a Industry Consulting Manager to join our team in Gurgaon, Delhi (IN-DL), India (IN).

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end project lifecycles using established PPM methodologies. The ideal candidate will drive governance, continuous improvement, and stakeholder engagement while supporting technical delivery in networking/infrastructure domains.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycle using established PPM methodologies.

Develop and implement governance frameworks and reporting dashboards.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives within delivery and PMO operations.

Facilitate effective communication and stakeholder engagement across teams.

Ensure adherence to project management best practices and quality standards.

Support implementation of PPM tools (e.g., Planview or equivalent) and data-driven analytics for improved visibility.

Apply strong analytical mindset to transform data into actionable insights.

Manage large stakeholder ecosystems and complex transformation programs.

Demonstrate excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills, including email/meeting etiquettes and information presentation.

Support delivery of technical workstreams in collaboration with engineering teams, with knowledge of networking/infrastructure concepts.

Coordinate with technical stakeholders and vendors to track dependencies, risks, and milestones.

Required Qualifications

Education:  Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Management, or a related field.

Certifications (At least one mandatory):

PRINCE2 Foundation & Practitioner

APM (Association for Project Management)

MSP (Managing Successful Programs)

PMP (Project Management Professional)

Skill Proficiency (Expert Level):

Agile Methodologies

Stakeholder Management

Conflict Resolution

Continuous Improvement

Knowledge of technical delivery concepts.

Preferred Experience:

Hands-on experience with Planview or equivalent PPM tools.

Proven track record in managing large-scale projects with cross-functional teams, vendors, and budgets.

Location:  NCR (Once a week NCR client location travel)

Experience:  12+ years in project management, with proven experience in delivery and design.
