About the job
Key responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to leads received through Meta (Facebook and Instagram) ads and other digital campaigns.Introduce the company and its services clearly using the briefing and script provided.
Understand each prospect's needs and qualify them based on interest and requirements.
Convince interested prospects and schedule meetings with our team.
Handle questions and objections politely and professionally.
Follow up with leads who do not respond or need more time.
Update call outcomes, lead status, and follow-up dates accurately in the CRM or tracking sheet.
Share feedback on lead quality to help improve our ad campaigns.
