Key Responsibilities Write and maintain API documentation (reference + guides) Convert OpenAPI specs into structured, readable documentation Create onboarding guides (authentication, sandbox usage, workflows) Develop examples (requests/responses, use cases) Collaborate with API specialists to resolve inconsistencies Ensure documentation aligns with actual API behavior Maintain documentation using Git-based workflows (PRs, versioning) Payments Knowledge: Must have understanding of Payments Merchant Services, API key provisioning, and API /integration requirements of sandbox vs. production environments for payments gateways. Persona-Based Writing: Ability to pivot tone and complexity between a "Business User" looking for value and an "External Developer" looking for syntax. Structure documentation for AI consumption (LLMs), ensuring prompt-driven workflows and machine-readable task guidance. Manage the end-to-end documentation lifecycle using GitHub-based workflows, ensuring all artifacts are optimized for Redocly’s rendering engine. Cross-Fun
