Animal Feed Division - Sales & Marketing

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Leadership: Own the P&L responsibility for the Feed Division, driving and achieving the sales target of 200 crores.
• Team Development: Nurture, lead, and expand a high-performing sales and marketing team, ensuring they have the necessary resources and training to excel in their roles.
• Strategic Marketing: Devise and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that amplify our products' value proposition in the aqua, poultry, and cattle industries.
• Brand Promotion: Lead all brand-related campaigns and activities to ensure ARCL Organics is the preferred choice for feed solutions in the target industries.
• Market Analysis: Regularly conduct market research to gauge industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor moves. Use insights to adapt our sales and marketing strategies effectively.
• Client Relationships: Foster and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the industry, ensuring ARCL remains a top-of-mind brand.
• Product Management: Work closely with the R&D and production teams to tailor offerings based on market needs and feedback.
• Budget Management: Oversee the budget allocation for the division's sales and marketing activities, ensuring optimal ROI.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; an MBA or relevant postgraduate degree would be advantageous.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing within the animal feed industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• A proven track record of handling sales portfolios of similar magnitude.
• In-depth understanding of the aqua, poultry, and cattle industries, with a keen sense of market dynamics and consumer behavior.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
• Innovative and strategic thinking with a penchant for identifying and acting on growth opportunities.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive synergy across departments.
