SAP FI/FSCM Manager

Role Overview :As an SAP FI-FSCM Manager, you will serve as a strategic bridge between complex financial business requirements and robust technical solutions within the S/4 HANA ecosystem. Your day-to-day involves leading end-to-end SAP implementations, troubleshooting intricate financial workflows, and optimizing treasury and credit management processes for global clients. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and technical architects to ensure that financial systems are not only compliant but also drive operational efficiency. By streamlining dispute and credit management, your work directly impacts the organization's bottom line, ensuring seamless cash flow and high-level financial transparency for our enterprise customers.Key Responsibilities :- Lead full-cycle SAP implementations by translating complex business needs into scalable S/4 HANA financial architectures to ensure project success.- Configure and optimize SAP FSCM modules, including Credit Management and Dispute Management, to enhance liquidity and reduce financial risk for the organization.- Partner with senior stakeholders to analyze existing financial processes and implement SAP FI/CO solutions that improve reporting accuracy and regulatory compliance.- Mentor junior consultants and technical teams by providing functional guidance and best-practice frameworks to maintain high delivery standards.- Manage end-to-end testing, data migration, and cutover activities to ensure a seamless transition to new financial systems with minimal business disruption.Required Skillset :- Demonstrate deep functional expertise in SAP FI, CO, and the full suite of FSCM modules, with a proven track record of delivering complex S/4 HANA projects.- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to navigate challenging business environments across multiple locations including Bangalore, Pune, Hyderabad, Chennai, Noida, Coimbatore, Kolkata, and Kochi.- Exhibit exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to effectively influence stakeholders and lead diverse, geographically dispersed teams.- Maintain a high degree of adaptability to work in hybrid or distributed team environments, ensuring consistent project momentum and collaboration.- Hold a relevant professional degree or certification that complements your 8 to 14 years of hands-on experience in the SAP ecosystem.
