As a manager of business development at YES Germany, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and expanding our presence in the market. Your expertise in effective communication and sales management will be instrumental in achieving our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities: 1. Developing and implementing strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.2. Identifying and cultivating new business opportunities through networking, market research, and relationship building.
3. Managing and coaching a team of sales professionals to ensure they meet and exceed sales targets.
4. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
5. Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
6. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns and initiatives that support business growth.
7. Reporting on sales performance, market trends, and key metrics to senior management to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
