In this role, you will take ownership of features from architecture and development through testing and production deployment, while working in a fast-paced Agile environment.Key Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and maintain native iOS applications using Swift and SwiftUI.- Implement robust architectural patterns such as MVVM, VIPER, or similar frameworks to ensure scalability and maintainability.- Drive end-to-end test automation, including unit testing, UI testing, and automated test suites using XCTest and XCUITest.- Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines, preferably using TeamCity, to enable reliable and efficient application releases.- Collaborate closely with Product, Design, Backend, and QA teams to deliver seamless and user-friendly mobile experiences.- Integrate and consume RESTful APIs while ensuring security, performance, and reliability.- Maintain best practices for version control using Git and Git Flow within a collaborative development environment.- Monitor application performance, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve app quality.- Ensure compliance with security, accessibility, and regulatory standards relevant to the Banking and FinTech industry.- Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical discussions, code reviews, and architectural decisions.Required Skills & Qualifications : - 8+ years of hands-on experience in iOS application development.- Strong expertise in Swift and SwiftUI.- Deep understanding of iOS application architecture and clean coding principles.- Experience with architectural patterns such as MVVM, VIPER, MVC, or Clean Architecture.- Proficiency in Git, Git Flow, and collaborative source code management.- Experience implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, with TeamCity preferred.- Strong knowledge of XCTest, XCUITest, and automated testing frameworks.- Experience integrating REST APIs and working with modern mobile application ecosystems.- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and performance optimization skills.- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.Preferred Qualifications : - Experience working in Banking, Financial Services, or FinTech environments.- Familiarity with secure coding practices and regulatory compliance requirements.- Exposure to Agile/Scrum development methodologies.- Experience with mobile application performance monitoring and release management.Why Join Us? : - Work on large-scale banking applications serving millions of users.- Be part of a highly collaborative and innovative engineering team.- Opportunity to drive technical decisions and influence product direction.- Hybrid work model offering flexibility and work-life balance.- Competitive compensation and growth opportunities.Summary Details : - Location : Bengaluru (Manyata Tech Park)- Work Arrangement : Hybrid (2 Days Office, 3 Days Remote)- Experience Required : 8+ Years- Domain : Banking / FinTech (ref:hirist.tech)
