Job Title: Senior SAP FICO Consultant (Freelancer – Part-Time) Location: Remote Work Hours: 3-4 Hours per Day Engagement Type: Freelance Job Summary: We are looking for a highly experienced Senior SAP FICO Consultant to join our team on a part-time freelance basis. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules, with the ability to support business processes, troubleshoot issues, and provide strategic inputs for system improvements. Key Responsibilities: Configure and support SAP FICO modules (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting). Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions. Handle end-to-end implementation, support, and enhancements in SAP FICO. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (MM, SD, etc.) for integration. Troubleshoot and resolve system issues in a timely manner. Support month-end and year-end closing activities. Provide user training and documentation where required. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls. Required Skills & Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in SAP FICO consulting. Strong knowledge of FI (Financial Accounting) and CO (Controlling) modules. Hands-on experience in SAP configuration and support. Experience in at least 1–2 end-to-end SAP implementations. Good understanding of integration with other SAP modules (MM, SD). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications: SAP FICO Certification.
