In this pivotal role, you'll be at the heart of our operations, managing logistics flows, coordinating critical supply chain activities, overseeing sales support, and providing exceptional customer service.

Be the first point of contact for customer inquiries from around the globe, meticulously documenting details and efficiently routing them to the appropriate international operations teams.
Drive execution by diligently following up on existing inquiries daily, collaborating closely with our operations and shipping departments to ensure seamless transaction completion.
Master our global logistics Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), continuously expanding your expertise in the intricacies of international trade.

Strong communication skills are a must – you'll be interacting with customers and internal teams worldwide.
Exceptional documentation skills to ensure accuracy and clarity in all records.
Proven operational skills to navigate the fast-paced world of logistics.
Proficiency in MS-Office tools is essential, along with strong experience using TMS, WMS, and CRM software.
Prior experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, Cross-Border Trade, or Customs Regulations is highly preferred.
