This role requires the incumbent to own and execute a variety of global processes related to compliance monitoring of engagements across Service Lines on Legal & Regulatory requirements and EY Policy requirements. The candidate should be comfortable working in an unstructured and complex environment requiring practical problem-solving, logical reasoning, sound verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to make prompt yet well-informed decisions.

The opportunity

• The Service Line Quality enablement teams play a crucial role in facilitating the Annual Quality Reviews. Our primary responsibilities include generating reports and aiding the analysis conducted by the Global Service Line Quality Leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Excellence:

• Execute the process tasks across all areas/regions effectively and efficiently.
• Develop working knowledge of Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Microsoft Copilot, AI-enabled tools, SQL concepts, and advanced Excel to support reporting, data validation, dashboard review, workflow automation, analytics, and process improvement activities.
• Share knowledge and best practices with team members on digital tools, reporting capabilities, and automation solutions.
• Participate actively in team meetings and contribute innovative ideas for continuous improvement.
• Deliver ad hoc process activities as assigned, ensuring quality and timeliness.
• Manage process deadlines effectively to prevent client escalations by consistently delivering high-quality work on time.
• Collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders across regions.

Client Management:

• Understanding the importance of delivering high-quality service to clients.
• Ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and confidently with clients and stakeholders across geographies.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand reporting, automation, and process improvement requirements, and assist in translating them into practical dashboards, reports, workflow automations, or digital solutions under guidance.
• Support communication of dashboard insights, automation outputs, and technical concepts in a clear, business-friendly manner for clients and stakeholders.

Qualification Requirements

• MBA or a postgraduate degree in Engineering, Technology, Data/Business Analytics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Commerce, or a related discipline.
• Relevant professional experience of 1 to 2 years for candidates with a postgraduate qualification.
• Hands-on exposure or project experience in reporting, dashboarding, automation, analytics, process improvement, or AI-enabled productivity tools will be preferred.
• Experience supporting process improvement or digital transformation initiatives will be an added advantage.
• Exposure to handling international customers or client interactions.
• Familiarity with audit processes and risk management is advantageous.

Technologies and Tools

• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and related digital tools, including advanced Excel, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Power Platform, Power BI, Microsoft Copilot, and AI-powered productivity tools, to support collaboration, data checks, reporting, dashboard review, workflow automation, and business insight generation.
• Relevant certifications or learning credentials in Power BI, Power Platform, AI Fundamentals, Data Analytics, or Microsoft 365 will be an added advantage.
